Texas Poker Malaysia Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use

The Texas Poker platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you confirm that you satisfy all of these requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• You are a valid Malaysian resident or citizen.
• You are registering under your own name – registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You are not on a self-exclusion list or otherwise prohibited from using Texas Poker's services due to a previous account decision.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

Each player is only permitted to hold one account only at texas poker. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual – whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment details – is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any remaining balances and bonuses.

Texas Poker reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of your ID, proof of address, or other relevant documents. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

Texas poker supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks), ShopeePay, and Boost eWallet.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction.
• All deposits are processed immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation.
• Texas poker does not charge any additional fees for deposits – however, your eWallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted — deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• All withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes to a registered Malaysian bank account or eWallet.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in circumstances approved by the Texas Poker support team.
• Withdrawals will be held pending identity verification if it is your first withdrawal or if the amount requested exceeds a certain threshold.
• Texas Poker reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security review purposes or in cases of suspicious transactions until the investigation is complete.

All funds held in Texas Poker accounts are kept in a segregated trust account, separate from the company's operating funds, ensuring that player money is always secure and available for withdrawal at any time.

All betting and gaming activity on Texas Poker is subject to the following general rules as well as the specific rules for each game category:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are clearly displayed before you place a wager.
• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under circumstances expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.

For casino games, all tables and slot machines use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by a third party. The outcome of each round is independent and is not influenced by the results of any previous round.

Texas Poker reserves the right to void bets if a technical error is found to have affected the fairness of the odds offered, or if a player is found to have exploited a system vulnerability unlawfully.

Texas Poker offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following terms unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses must be converted to withdrawable cash by fulfilling the specified wagering requirement. This requirement is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount – for example, "20x" means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a stated validity period. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirement within that period will expire automatically.

Texas Poker reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a player's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity involving a Texas Poker account.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Bonus or promotion abuse.
• Use of bots, automated software, or other unauthorised methods in gameplay.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Bullying, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at Texas Poker staff or other players.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, Texas Poker reserves the right to forfeit all associated bonuses and bonus funds, and to withhold withdrawals until the investigation concludes. Any legitimate deposit balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned once the investigation is complete, except in cases of fraud or illegal activity.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the Texas Poker support team. All cash balances (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to your registered payment method within 3 business days.

Texas Poker's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. This liability excludes any bonuses or promotional credits.
